First Post!!

So, here goes.  This is not really my first blog post, so the title of this post is kind of a misnomer.  I have attempted to blog a couple of times, but for some reason have not been very successful.  Well, I know why I have not been successful, procrastination, a general sense of ennui about things, wondering who would want to read my ramblings about things, etc., the list goes on and on.  I decided that in order for me to really be serious about blogging, I should blog about things that I am passionate about.  So, this blog will basically be dedicated to pop culture.  I will be reviewing movies, TV episodes, music, maybe even a comic book or two, who knows?  This is just my opinion and others may have a differing opinion, which is fine.  I want people to feel free to leave comments and ask questions.  All I really ask is that you be respectful.  I know this is the internet where anonymity makes people believe they have the right to be as insulting and nasty as they want to be, but come on.  That kind of stuff isn't cool.  So, here goes.  Hopefully, I can keep this going, and hopefully people will want to read what I post and will pass it along to their friends and so on and so forth.  So... here... we...
